Dr. Potapova is a co-Founder of Cureline, Inc. and its President since 2003. Under her leadership Cureline has grown into a successful biomedical project management provider. Dr. Potapova has twelve years of academic (NIH) and industrial research experience in human genetics and oncology. Her previous position was with Pfizer, Inc., in exploratory drug development (SUGEN). Dmitry V. Belyaev, M.D. Executive Director (Russia) Regulatory Affairs
Dr. Belyaev has participated in clinical research development in Eastern Europe since the early 1990s. He has broad clinical research project management experience in a number of therapeutic areas (Psychiatry, Oncology, Pediatrics, Cardiology, and Immunology), and for the last two years Dr. Belyaev has coordinated regulatory submissions for clinical study proposals. He also was involved in business development related to the design and management of preclinical animal studies. Dr. Belyaev is an expert on Quality Assurance, GCP/GLP, and regulation of medicines and medical devices in the Russian Federation. |

Ms. Street has advanced degrees in Psychology and Public Administration and sixteen years of experience in the conduct and management of clinical trials, including evaluation and selection of clinical trial vendors. She has held senior positions in biotech, pharmaceutical and Contract Research Organization industries, including the post of Senior Director, Clinical Operations (SUGEN/Pfizer, 1998-2003), where she managed clinical trials of molecular therapeutics and, until recently, Executive Director, Clinical Operations at Kosan Biosciences, Inc. |
Dmitry E. Prokofiev, M.D. Project Management and Medical Communications
Dr. Prokofiev has six years of experience in the conduct and management of clinical trials as a lead CRA and project manager. He has participated in preparation of study protocols, SOPs, and CRFs (oncology, HIV, diabetes, asthma). Recently Dr. Prokofiev has been responsible for medical communications with study sponsors, corporate advertising and presentations, and wrote invited reviews on pharmacological research in the Russian Federation. |

Dr. Voronina is a co-Founder of Cureline, Inc., and has four years of commercial experience in international biomedical project negotiation and management. Since 2001 she has been leading the acquisition and archiving of donated human tissue specimens for drug discovery and development, and successfully developed the Cureline Clinical Site Network. Previously, for more than twenty years, Dr. Voronina provided leadership in scientific research program development for the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, and has successfully developed small businesses in both Russia and the USA. |
Mariana Todorova Tran, Ph.D., MBA Business Development and Finance
After obtaining her Ph.D. degree in Neuroscience from Boston College, Dr. Tran has been leading the development of biomedical programs (including budget negotiations and contract management) for leading universities (Boston College, UC-Berkeley Extension). After completing her MBA program with an emphasis in Finance, she joined Cureline, Inc., in 2004. Dr. Tran participated in the design of a client database for a biotech project management service company, and consulted on marketing strategies and financial planning. |

Dmitry V. Orlov, M.D. Clinical Operations
Dr. Orlov has more than ten years experience working with government regulatory agencies, conducting clinical trials as a project coordinator and providing clinical supply management to various organizations. Among his areas of expertise are site preparation and management, clinical trial research safety, and CRA selection and training. Dr. Orlov has seventeen years of clinical practice experience in Pediatrics, Neonatology, Intensive Care and Anesthesiology. He was a visiting physician with the Red Cross in South Africa in 1993 and staff physician with the Russian Antarctic Expedition in 1992. |
